Would you like to make a difference to your credit union and your community?
We are always looking for well-qualified and experienced members who are interested in standing for election to the Board. Generally, TCU Financial Group is seeking directors with a broad range of business knowledge and depth of experience, as well as an understanding of the credit union’s strategic direction, principles and values. Some characteristics, qualities or skillsets that would be beneficial include:
- Diversity (gender, age, ethnicity)
- Entrepreneur, business owner
- Managerial skillset
- Decision making skills
- Previous Board experience
