As part of our ongoing commitment to helping members stay informed and secured when using online banking services, we want to let you know about upcoming changes that Interac will be introducing to their e-Transfer service notifications.
Starting on October 22, 2024, you may notice a new look and feel to Interac e-Transfer email notifications. These enhancements from Interac have been made to provide a better user experience and also to set up for more exciting future enhancements.
Although the notifications you see when sending and receiving Interac e-Transfers will look different, the functionality will not be changing at all. Any contacts and autodeposit information you have in place will remain the same and e-Transfers will continue to function as they have previously.
